There is no editorial, feature article or employee hot prospects this week on account of the "editor in chief" being on leave.

However, the Status footy tipping competition goes on regardless, and what a round we had, with the Crows losing by 2 points and the Power winning by 91 points. Clearly, the competition is very even this year and the outcome of matches are not easy to predict. Our tipping competition was again very tight this round with 7 tippers achieving 7 wins each. However, the winner this week with the lowest adjusted margin of 4 points is Status’ Michelle Pollock. Michelle, has a very unusual approach to tipping called "zig zag", whereby she selects the first named or second named team alternately to win! Well, it’s certainly working for her as she is currently placed second on the leader board. So congratulations Michelle and good luck for the remainder of the season.

To all our other tippers, we are getting down to the business end of the season, so stay focussed and best of luck tipping for the final seven rounds.

Remember, you can always view your position on the leader board by logging into the AFL website and selecting the Status Employment Services competition. You can also join the competition at anytime during the year and will be allocated all of the away teams from previous rounds as your starting position on the leader board.
