To assist long-term unemployed people and other most disadvantaged unemployed people to obtain and retain employment or to proceed to further education or training through the provision of skills training and employment-related assistance. To fulfil the objectives of special projects implemented and/or trialled by the Organisation. To adhere to government contractual requirements to achieve and maintain compliance within the Australian Quality Training Framework (AQTF). To maintain the training and assessment systems of the Organisation, through a method of continuous improvement, to the level required by AQTF standards.
