Status Employment Services has established a Foundation to support the work of not-for-profit and charitable institutions engaged in providing direct services to the community that helps to prevent intergenerational unemployment. Our aim is to facilitate the work of these Organisations through the establishment of our Foundation - "YouthNet SA".

YouthNet SA is an initiative of Inner Western Workskills Inc a dynamic, not-for-profit Organisation established in 1988 to meet the needs and foster initiative of local communities in preparing disadvantaged job seekers for employment, and Status Works Pty Ltd a leading South Australian employment and training company, and a member of the Commonwealth Government's Job Network, trading as Status Employment Services.

YouthNet SA is committed to developing innovative initiatives that support and empower the lives of young Australians aged 12 to 25. Specifically formed to assist and support Organisations who work with disadvantaged youth, our primary objective is to encourage equitable access to resources and equality of opportunity for all young South Australian's so that they can realise their full potential and make a valuable contribution to the community.

YouthNet SA seeks to develop long-term partnerships with volunteer and not-for-profit organisation's who make a contribution to improving the future prospects of youth in their communities. YouthNet SA aims to bring together these agencies and build better communities by fostering these partnerships through various sponsorship arrangements, cash and in-kind donations and most importantly, through the provision of strategic management assistance, ensure on-going, successful and financially secure and independent future operations of our partnered Organisations.

In 2005, the Board of Management announced its first corporate sponsorship development arrangement in funding the work and business of - "Kids Future Kids Incorporated".
