Refund and Cancellation Policy

Please choose your course carefully. Once we have processed your enrolment, we are unable to arrange refunds, credit notes or transfers, except in the following conditions: Refunds will only be made when a course/appointment is cancelled by Status Works Pty Ltd.

A credit note may be issued where your request for withdrawal is received in writing at least five (5) days before the course commencement/appointment date (a 20% administration fee will apply).

Status Works Pty Ltd reserves the right to cancel, alter or amend classes/appointment times. Classes/appointment times may be cancelled before the scheduled start date in such cases the full fee paid will be refunded.

If a participant chooses to withdraw from a class, no refund of fees or credit note will be granted. Status Works Pty Ltd regrets that we cannot accept responsibility for changes to clients' work or personal commitments.

If a participant fails to attend two (2) sessions without a valid medical certificate or behaves in a way which is contrary to acceptable standards of behaviour as outlined in the Student Information handbook, Status Works Pty Ltd reserves the right to withdraw the trainee from their enrolled programme and no refund of fees or credit note will be granted.

Written requests for transfers will be considered if they are received 10 days before the course commencement date and do not adversely affect course numbers.

Please note: Status reserves the right to cancel, alter or amend any of the arrangements contained on this web site. The duration of courses, frequency, dates, times, costs and information sessions are subject to alteration.
